The workout is great, but the best part about this video is the subtlety and the timing of the encouragement. No over the top yelling or cliche phrases. Just a minor "good work" or "stay with me" gesture. And the timing is perfect. He's in tune with the more difficult sequences for us mere mortals and pops those small motivational boosts in at just the right moment.

I started doing TH-cam workouts a few years ago when I sustained an injury that no longer lets me go to the gym and lift heavy. I do mainly cardio and bodyweight stuff now . Bullyjuice is easily my favorite and this might be the best full body workout there is. Appreciate you man.

You straight brought it on this one. Just completed in my basement with some modifications (6'6" ceiling) and I am drenched. Kept HR 140-150 the entire time. Definitely keeping this in rotation.
Cardio exercises will help the whole body work, the heart and blood vessels do not work, making the whole body firm and beautiful, thank you for your exercises.

Ive been doing this every day Im not at the gym for a whole month now, at the gym I do weight training and a bit of cardio! I am a type one diabetic too.
At around 12 minutes I almost cursed and laughed out loud simultaneously when the background singer went 'I couldn't breathe...' LOL. This particular set *is* aptly named extreme, and it will BURN! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Exactly what I need!

Love this workout!! However I did struggle to follow along because the music was so much louder than the countdown I missed when you moved from one move to the next multiple times. I try to follow the counter, but when i'm doing some of these moves I cant see my device. Please consider raising the volume of the countdown. Thanks for all you do!

To be honest after about 7 minutes in I had to pause on the rest breaks. Ten seconds id nothing it goes toooo fast lol.

you can focus on posture than reps, focus on each rep
Doing 30 days challange works on almost all muscles and it had some positive effects on the posture automatically. Specially those back exercises

My "high knees" on the end weren't very high...
I just finished this workout and I can tell you why they weren't high, by that time, you are done.
