Tunap automotive additives, DPF cleaning two part solution. results

  • vehicle was presented to us with a no start condition - two underlying faults were causing a no start when hot. the EGR valve was stuck open and the DPF was blocked causing majority of exhaust gas to enter inlet manifold starving the motor of air.
    after blocking off EGR to enable engine to run Tunap two part cleaner was used on the DPF to remove the soot content. vehicle was ran and regened.
    EGR valve was then replaced to allow correct operation of emmission control systems.
