- North Belt East near Mary Jo Drive (Swansea, IL). Slowed down waiting for the light to turn green started to accelerate when the light turned green and Chevy pickup truck turns onto North Belt East in front of us.
My understanding of traffic law is the vehicle with the green light has the right of way and other vehicles should yield. Please let me know if I am wrong.
