    Gong Bu Jia Da 弓步架打 it's one of Shaolin basic foundation movement (KungFu drills). Practicing this movement will work on our stance and hands, through the practic we build better coordination between the two.

    I love your emphasis on breath and vocalization of movement. This is where the real power of traditional martial arts lies. Using the breath to coordinate the inner Qi with the outer strike so that it creates a perfectly synchronous wave of energy. Seeing your staff form it is very obvious you have mastered this synchronicity with the breath. The power generated with each movement made your students quiet their chatter for a moment hahah!
