Recently I have been using MS Loop, I still consider that it has several fine-tuning details, for example: It does not have an undo button. It allows you to copy pages to another workspace but not move them to another workspace. If you copy it to another workspace and delete it from the originating workspace, it is deleted from both workspaces.

Good point on the undo button, you can what’s use control + z in the meantime. Agreed with the movement on pages have you tried coping the component over instead?

With loop it doesn't copy to the new workspace it mirrors it. There is just the one instance. The point is to collaborate across multiple apps on the same project, wo making a new distinct copy makes no sense.

My workaround for this is: Create an "Archive" workspace. Copy the workspace you wish to remove/archive to the Archive workspace, and it will still be linked. Go to the Archive workspace, and Duplicate the linked copy. You can now delete the linked copy from the primary workspace, and the copy resides in Archive. Clunky process, but it works just fine and I have had no issues. Just make sure you duplicate it in the destination workspace BEFORE deleting the it from the source.

Is it possible to create a meeting notes component for a Teams Meeting but only people in your organization can see the notes and edit? Basically so that others outside the organization such as clients cannot see the notes in progress?

How do you insert files, specifically pdf files inside a workspace? The drag + drop function is not working.

Anyway to share outside of your organization- such as tasks for contractors or new hires for onboarding?

Heyy there! At present there is no way to share and collaborate externally but I'm excited for this feature to come out too!

Nope. No way to share externally. It's been on their "todo list" for well over a year now. They post a "we're working on it" update every 4-6 months or so with no timelines for implementation. Really too bad. I can't honestly pitch this to users in our company as a useful solution if it's broken as soon as they try to include our external partners in the mix. Damn shame. Hope they get that sorted out quickly.
So much potential here. But a poor rollout has been the death of a lot of products that could have been game changers. This reminds me a lot of Google Wave from 15 years ago. (Too far ahead of its time, that one was.) Same concept of real-time, reusable, collaborative web-connected components ... only they envisioned it as an email replacement instead of an Office replacement.

There is, its under templates. It does kind of suck compared to Notion, but that's true of the entire tool, minus its admittedly cool integrations with other O365 apps

Loop just needs to add a few more features and it’s bye bye one note for me

I think k the big advantage of loop over notion is that this is apart of m365 which means organisation data is managed and secured
