Hi Sir ,I had got fractured around ankle joint since 3 month back , doctor managed this fracture with close reduction and applied long leg pop cast for three months. now cast have been removed but ankle joint get stiffed , kindly tell me that cycling is good for ankle joint mobilization or not at this stage of recovery?

Hello ! just removed the cast ( fibula fracture ) 6th week now 8 screws + plate . When can i start the exercises? the foot is very very swollen and bruised . is it normal?
when your leg muscles didn't worked during time in the cast, they become weak and can't pump blood up to your heart, so your foot become more swollen. You need to start a rehabilitation program. The best to ask your doctor, it should to check if everything is ok after removed cast

The better is to start after 10 days of surgery but only metatarsal exercises not others, like as in this video the ( Towel Exercise ) and once the Rods ( wires ) are removed then do all the exercises.

Hello, had a broken tibia sometimes last year, I am off crutches now, and I can't walk without limping, I feel stiffness around my Ashill tendon and a little pain around my ankle, it's safe to say I have lost my range of motion. What do you advice I do?
did you get surgery?, did you do pt and streach and fire the muscles in the anke foot and around the leg while you were in the crutches?
didn't you had a rehabilitation? IDK how is in your country, but in mine, you go to do exercise, massage, stimulation with electricity and magnets. And need to start early, not after a year
