I'm curious. Where did you source all of these unreleased tracks from? I imagine Yasushi Ishii still has the master tracks for these so did he actually give you copies? My only other idea is sourcing the tracks themselves from a 5.1 sound mix from one of the home releases.
there's certain sound editting software you can use to muffle the vocals in tracks, you can tell by the slight sound artifacts where you can still hear faint lyrics, the hellsing OST just seems to work really well when it comes to having minimal audio artifacts.

I asked him if he had any unreleased tracks and he did on his computer, he sent them then I uploaded them
