I didn't use a track I used 2x4s for a frame but I started a peace on the first corner and cut the last peace to match the other corner then placed tin corners over where they met the next peace on the side I bought the tin corners covers when I bought the skirting I do have an instalation video as well on my channel titled Building K-Rock Underpinning Frame I really hope this helps with your delema

Hi im still trying to figure out how to meet the corners. Do I heat them and bend them or do they fit into a corner track

How did you get the vents attached? Seems like mine are going to be a bit loose as the panels are kinda thin
I put Dry Wall screws in them they where simply handy so I grabbed them they seem to have worked pretty good though
I also put black silicon around them as well I found the colored silicone at Home Depot
How did you frame it before you put skirting on
