hi dear , i have an issue with dvr ds7104 i cant use mobile application ,installed hik connect trying to register showing that some one registered previously ,but i try to unbind reset password ,but its failed i connect the same network ,but still the same ,please help me to do another solution its helpful for me thanks suby
You can unbind by two method 1st in mobile application 2nd is by using sadp tool in laptop Make sure your dvr and mobile/laptop is in same network only then it will work

Hello will this reset the password on a 2019 Hikvision DVR? the DVR is second hand and the previous owner has passed away so we dont know the password
