Ratchet and Clank movie had a budget of $20 million, and despite not being very good, it still had some pretty good animation considering its budget Sonic movie has *_5 times_* the budget at about ~$90 million and can't even properly model Sonic, let alone get half-decent animation
Well Foodfight had more budget than Ratchet and Clank ($65 million to be exact) and has some of the worst animation to date. Sometimes budget isn't everything when it comes to animation quality.
