Venkatesh Bhat is 101% Authentic in the perfect % of ingredients input & the way the preparation guidence is given in every episode. + + + in-between the generation for last 50 years is getting lost in commercial products especially Refined Oils which guarantees sickness expressed ultimate experts.....but here again Sri. V. B. Chose is introduce Mantra Kadalai & Nalla Ennai now which is cold or wooden chuck generated.

    We also make ribbon pakoda at home. But the way you have prepared is superb. Omam is usually added in omapodi. But the reason you gave for adding in ribbon pakoda is apt. Yes we will it next time. Thank you Bhatt sir. 👌👌👌🙏👍

    Three rice flour plus one pottukadalai mavu, add other ingredients..as mentioned by Bhat ji..this combination will not drink much oil..I do this way

    Yellu and ajwain crack the ribbons. Turned out very tasty, look not so good Bhat Ji. Tried using little wider ribbon achu. Looks very thick. How do i get unsplit ribbons, yet with Omam and Yellu like yours? Frying with Karuvappilai is a good trick. Thanks for your recipes. 👌🙏
