Green Chilli - 5 to 6 No's
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Mint Leaves - A Handful
Coriander Leaves - A Handful
Curd - 100 to 120ml
Whole Garam Masala - For Tempering
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 150ml
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cauliflower 65

Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
Besan Flour - 4 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 3/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp

Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - A Pinch
Lemon - 1 1/2 No's
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required

Nice combo sir. I saw some difference in cauliflower 65 at 8.30 minutes and 8.36 minutes. At 8.30 masala is not there in cauliflower but at 8.36 how come cauliflower is fully coated?
