Hi, Yes, we can park our car there. They have a parking lot for patients too. Yes, we can go out during the weekend. I think I have shared the procedures in my blog in the description box below. I did go out with my friends there when I was using a wheelchair and walking frame. We went for a short day trip around Melaka. I'm not sure about painkillers as I bring my meds from my hospital. But they have doctors there too. When you are sick, you can go for a visit.
