Yes as far as 9/11 is concerned, I had a message a week before it happened to get the churches to pray for Afghanistan. I didn't fully understand it but I had a very ominous feeling which got stronger during that week. On the morning of the day it happened I had to go home from work because I could not function, I felt so uneasy. I went home and slept and woke up to the news. I always knew it was real.

Even if the top sections collapsed down,they didn't gain ANY MASS,and the rest of the buliding was obviously able to hold up these sections for decades without issue.

But what Andy says is true, people being what they are the more layers you add to an operation (or conspiracy for that matter) the harder it is to keep a lid on it. It's as old as time.

However many if not most of the large scale secret operations you infer were government-run and the compartmentalization usually works well in those. Other things like spy rings can fail due to carelessness. Conspiracies are another matter as well. And gangs or the mafia? There's always a rat, don't think those organizations are foolproof.
