Great. I used the offset command, 2 inches from top and side, then copy, Array, Fit, then trim!

do the out side frame first then do (Multiple points tool) side and top divide you frame by 2 with = 1 offset then use trim tool and you are done

well i thought it was easy with copy but actually could not do it xl , copy, array, fit is the best way
