I remember riding my 750 thought the streets of Montreal going double the speed limit with this on my headphones, it was probably the most "real" thing I've ever felt!!
Most live Curve videos on here sound like crap compared to this live recording. They should have released more than just a few live tracks like this on their CD singles.
was in the service, and a friend of mine brought me a bootleg video. picture was crap , but just listening to them live....i didnt care just the fact that this was probably the only time I were to see them live was huge
+Master Superblaster I discovered Curve on Beavis and Butthead! The video for "Missing Link" comes on, and they look at it... look at each other.... look back at the Curve video again... and start banging their heads to it! I started looking for Curve CDs the next day.
+Opalstardream wow that's hilarious! Technically I knew OF Curve way back in 1997, because of a compilation CD I had gotten from one of those lame music mags. The song "coming up roses" was on it, and I really loved it. I kept that cd for years bcuz of that song. Obviously we didn't have the internet, TH-cam, and smartphones back in '97, so coming up roses was literally the ONLY song of theirs I'd ever know from 1997 to 2007. When TH-cam came around I suddenly remembered coming up roses, then I discovered "superblaster". Then starting to search for more Curve!!! I got HOOKED, and I've been a fan ever since.
Their bass player was 13 at the time. Curve had to sneak him in to some clubs they played! He is pictured in the CD liner numerous times, but I cannot find out his name. He was only onboard for the Cuckoo era in 1993.
This version truly is awesome. Do you know if the entire show lurks somewhere on the 'net? I'm not usually a collector of live performances, but I think I'd make an exception here.
Toni is stunning here and her voice is hypnotic, this live version is dope!
I actually enjoy her vocals here more than on the recording. The delay on her voice flows really nicely with her melodies.
My favourite band of all time.....Superb
They are so good. Even to this day, they still sound so good. Never tire of them.
I was there & it still feels like yesterday, so atmospheric & no other band has really taken up the mantle…
God, I miss their music!
My splendid moment when I watched them live in San Francisco

I am lucky to have seen them in New Orleans, in a show with Spiritualized and Jesus and Mary Chain....
Not as late as me discovering them today! 10/05/19

Not sure about an entire show, but this and Die Like A Dog are the b-side to the Horror Head promo singles. Probably collected on one of the comps.
