This was great! This version felt more more fast-paced than you guys’ original cover in the best way! I also loved the inclusion of the flugelhorn (at least I’m pretty sure that’s a flugelhorn) and the trombone!
I just watched this video again and man, it put such a huge smile on my face. I’ve been struggling with motivation lately with music and other life challenges, and seeing such an unabashedly heartfelt and awesome musical performance was just what I needed. Seeing the amount of passion and care you all put into this performance is so inspiring it makes me wanna strive to do the same, and it reminds me of why I was drawn to music and being a musician in the first place. Music is powerful, rewarding, and fun like you guys put on display here! Thanks for reminding me of that and making my day Nico. Keep up the excellent work 😊
