I was the one at 10:57! (Grey Sweatshirt) Been a big fan of you for years and you've been a huge inspiration to me, so it was awesome to meet you, even if it was very breif!
Ryan...your running videos are without a doubt the most fun running videos out there. Also, they are shot in a way to clearly show you and your surroundings. That is no accident...you obviously know how to shoot video. My wife and I enjoy watching all your videos.
With the gorgeous scenery to behold, all the folks with their dogs, and Boulder's finest musicians on the sidelines, how can you not take a few moments to appreciate all the sights and sounds offered? Looks like a beauty day for a marathon!
Awesome Ryan! This old guy with two bad knees lives vicariously through you. I have done several Bolder Boulder's with my kids, growing up in Boulder, but not a marathon! Congrats on being in the 1% club.
As always the master of positivity, the goofball of goodtimes (in the best possible way) and SO many Olé's full of beans! So much love amigo - #duzerforpresident
I was very impressed to see that many people running a Marathon in little Boulder. Then of course it made a lot of sense that it was a gathering for four different races and only a small part ran a whole Marathon. I always wanted to run a Marathon, I'm aiming for a half Marathon this summer. SInce you ran a Marathon on the impressive time of 3:27 and done most your training riding a bike. Seems the lesson learned is that I also should increase my mileage cycling Yes I was one of the nerds who wondered which shoes you were wearing, HOKA Mach 5.
My Sunday long run overlapped the Boulderthon course in a few places and was impressed with the energy and crowd support. I didn't do the race though as I have Javelina in under 3 weeks!
Hé Pink Duzer. You are such a breath of fresh air in this world. Love this. Keep up the good work. Boulder is a blast. I will go soon with my bike. Hope to see you along the way.
Much cooler at pearl st. I ran the inaugural event that started in out at the res and did all that dirt! Love the new layout, might have to give it another go next year.
Great video, thank you. Tell your friends from that cheering station at mile 23 they are the best. I think I saw another of your videos when preparing for my first official marathon race, Seven Bridges Marathon, down in Tennessee.
Watching from a hotel anywhere in Denver on business from Canada, and wishing I was out in Boulder for a run. But since I'm not, this is making my evening!
Olee, oleee, oleee, oleee...Ryan is hilarious! LOL...and an AMAZING racer on the top of it! The bastardito was running holding a camera, stopped everywhere, had fun with the public and with his shadow...and finished in 3h 27min without even training! Bravissimo. Thanks for sharing the spirit of the boulderthon!
Wow you are so cool! Brand new subscriber here! I’ve been living vicariously through some people I follow who did the Boulderthon this past weekend and I really want to do the half maybe next year! I’m in Toronto Canada and always wanted to see Boulder! I love your energy!
I wanna go now and run! Amazing people and amazing you. In Switzerland people are shy except in finishing line….. there the whole world is encouraging (like we say …. So American) 😁
A good clocking for someone holding a camera talking and goofing around throughout with no training! Nice work Ryan! My arm, fingers would cramp up. haha
Ryan just woke up one day and says to himself “hmm I think I want to do a marathon” and goes on to do a sub 8 pace without training and doing multiple stops while holding a camera and talking and hi-fiving people.
You obviously have a big aerobic base to not train, yell through half of a marathon, stop every mile to say high, and still finish faster than a lot of people. I'd say biking does have some crossover...
Why are you so quiet??? 🤣😂🤣😂 because they’re serious and chasing a time, you are just cruising like it’s nothing 🤣😂🤣😂 and having so much fun. If only everyone understood that having fun makes it easier 🤷🏻♂️😆

Petting dogs should be mandatory during marathons 😂

Your enthusiasm is infectious Ryan. No matter what you do, even when it's killing you. 👏
