heavy obs user here and i love how clean and relaxed this interface here. the multistream tool has really drawn me in. i'm currently following along and setting everything up as i watch. thanks for the great recommendation!!!

When I tried it the first time it had a weird issue, show/hide transitions didn't work properly on groups of sources. OBS does this perfectly. If they fixed this and I can install vertical and Midi controller plug in I'd give it another try

Or you can get the multi rmtp plugin for obs. Or you can run your own restream sever for free using docker
Yep, all are options, but not everyone is comfortable setting up a RTMP server in docker, even with that learning curve.
Multi RTMP for OBS is AWESOME, and I already have a video on it.

If this can have NDI implemented to dual PC stream id give it a go as its certainly a lot sleeker looking compared to OBS and i like the already implemented multi chat/streaming function.
Also what lens are you using as i have the same camera and that lens looks crispy.
The lens is the Sigma 30mm f1.4. Love this lens for streams/tutorial content

It’s built with OBS just like most of the capture softwares are. And yes, I used OBS to capture everything so there wasn’t so much screen door effect.
The only problem I have is kick chat does not work like other chat does. I want to multi stream to kick twitch and utube and want to see all the chat together.
Yep, I mentioned this multiple times during the vid. The development team is working on it and are hoping it releases soon.

@itsurboyZero I wouldn’t see it as an issue. Even competitor apps don’t do this except for BotRix and Restream. Those still work with this app

Really informative and helpful video! Out of curiosity, if I wanted to multistream to TH-cam and Twitch, wil the multistreaming feature encode two separate streams to send to each platform respectively, or does it create one stream to send to each platform? I ask because if it's the former, then it will require a higher bandwidth than the latter. For instance, if I wanted to stream at a bitrate of 5000, then it would become 10,000.
Thanks! It will only send one video encode, so 5000 will be 5000 on all chosen platforms

Nice content! I've been trying to figure out how to configure output resolutions for both vertical and horizontal formats. You know, for when I'm doing simultaneous multistreaming on TH-cam (horizontal) and Instagram (vertical), or any other platform. But it seems like the system only lets me pick one resolution at a time. Any ideas on how to work around this?
That’s correct. The latest update includes the Aitum vertical plugin so you can do both horizontal and vertical content

I have tried to install it, but it requires the installation path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio' on my Windows system. I attempted to find an equivalent folder in my Prism files installation, but it didn't work. I would appreciate if you have any idea on how to work around this :)
@luizetulio4888 interesting! If you update and have the latest version of prism, it will be included. You might have to turn the docks on in the Docks menu as they might have been auto hidden
I have a question for you. I really like Prism Live Studio, but one issue that's preventing me from switching from OBS is the CPU usage. It seems that whenever I use Prism Live Studio, the CPU usage is significantly higher compared to OBS. Have you experienced the same problem?

0. I use both depending on how I’m recording because of the AV1 piece I mentioned in the video.
Wish it was a one-time setup and then had didn't have to have my pc on all the time, like OBS or streamlabs. Because I am an Xbox streamer

Nope! One output of bitrate, not multiple!
