Simple question I have not been able to get an answer to anywhere. In Prism, how do I designate the thumbnail image that youtube will use for my livestream before I go live?? Can't find any option to choose thumbnail.

Hi I used this app with my iPhone 6s+ and streamed live on twitch, the only problems I had was not being able to see chat & it didn’t save the stream to my twitch channel..
Any ideas as to where I’m going wrong please ?

When you are streaming does it goes out live where you can see your viewers and their comments because it didn’t work that way for me and it was on public.
Great video thank you there. But the big question is.... what settings does the actual VIDEO on the actual phone settings does it need to be? I have a samsung note 20 ultra... there is a variety of settings for filming... and im talking about the phone it self and not PRISM app...
I already know how to set PRISM thanks to you :) but what about the settings on the actual recording video on the phone settings ? For example i want to live stream youtube via PRISM app... and i want the image to be full screen and wide view for audience to watch my live stream vlogs when i go live and for a walk with the camera and a nice gimbal for it like the DJI OM 4 but i need to know what settings of quality does the camera has to be in the phone settings ?
So we alreayd know how to set it up with PRISM but if you go back you need to set the camera video recording correctly on the phone first before you then use the PRISM app.. the Prism app is not the phone settings.... So need to know what settings do i have to add.. And yes i be using the dji OM 4 gimbal and yes wide screen and want it live on youtube and yes walking live videos.. So you know what settings does the Samsung note 20 ultra phone needs to be first under the camera settings? Thank you :)

Hi I need to know how to pause a live and return to the same live without having it stream anything. For eg, if I'm streaming for 2 hrs, say from 2-4pm and I wanna go on a break for about and hour and then return to continue the live under the same link. Is that even remotely possible. When i use prism live the front and rear camera is very very dark??? Anyone else like this? Its only on this app i even tweaked the settings but doesn't really help,thanks

When I login it says " Error. A temporary error has occurred. Please try again ". I did and it says the same thing.
So if I already broadcast with the PlayStation I wouldn’t really need this?

Does Prism provide the hub for all the different platforms (ie: a single stream OUT)? or
If I am streaming to Facebook, Instagram, and TH-cam, does the stream get sent our 3 times to the 3 different platforms?
Been a while since I used Prism and I know they have made a butt ton of updates since then on the UI and backend. You will have to visit their site and check.

I believe they can yes. TH-cam dropped the Google account requirement last year I believe.
Does this allow for portrait mode only or can you turn sideways for landscape?
You can rotate. It can accommodate both.
For me in the media option there is no images or videos in media option so please show me a solution

two questions..... what happens if you have more than 1000 youtube subscribers? also what if i wanted to stream a live even like fortnight season 11 is there a way to load that video in my stream if... i see you can load a pre recorded video ...but what about a live video?
You can use the app if you have over 1 k subs.
You can pre-load your fortnite video into the app and cast it and add commentary to it. ATM you can't live stream you playing the game BUT they are coming out with an update soon which will allow that. So stay tuned.

I am sure if you screen mirror it, it would work. But there might be some latency issues. Give it a test.

It's been a while since I used it but I think if you pay for it then the watermark gets removed.

I have something really strange going on. I set the privacy setting on the Prism live app to "Everyone" or public yet all my Facebook lives end up being "only me" or private and therefore no one can actually see them. WHAT. THE. HECK?
I don't have a lot of experience streaming on Facebook. Is there a privacy setting somewhere that you have on? That would be my first guess.
@@Wild4 yes. I figured out that it was a Facebook thing. I had obviously at the very beginning of getting a Prism account that had not let Prism post to Facebook publicly. It took me a while to actually find this out though because it wasn't listed in "apps settings" in Facebook but in "business tools" or something like that
