Thank you for sharing your tips. I have one Japonica Camellia which is very productive, bloom all year around. I read that we should prune Camellia after blooming season to prepare for next blooming. However, my camellia tree always has a lot of buds waiting to bloom. I am not sure when to prune it in order to keep it healthy without cutting off the flower buds and new sprouts? Do you have any suggestion for me?
I like this a lot. I like your pruning style of keeping it natural. Mow 'n blow has got to go! I like to encourage the natural beauty of the vine, bush, shrub or tree. Round globes are just not it.
