I’ve actually given up on ordering take away here in my city in Ireland, always riders with no thermal bag and food is freezing. Either shopping bags or they just take it from the front seat of the car. Takeaway usually €20+ so I appreciate how much you care for others.

I'm trying to work out how you use the bags. Inside the main box do you have the Top Loader used lying down and without the shoulder straps and put the Hydrasling in that? So basically you've just got the capacity of the Hydrasling but double the insulation of a single bag? Thanks!

I've recently upgraded my thermal bag. Prior to this, the first thermal bag(which isn't that suitable for double/triple pick-ups, from my pov) was given to me by the delivery company I'm delivering for, that bag is a 16L. Whereas my new current thermal bag is a 28L.

If I have to guess is because i'm in a way smaller city than London so they would end up losing money if they pulled it off where you are lol. Anyways ejoying the vids, keep it up man 👍

Got a job at the minute but have some issues with my eyes and working with computers. So while I am waiting to see if I can work on computers ever again thought might try at delivering in Liverpool. Being looking at e-bikes but being on zero pay at the they are very expensive. Been told to look at conversion kits as well but looking for some advice see if I can possibly get myself a set up. Why do some shops say can you accept the order? But if you have the order details you have accepted the order. Confirming the delivery is not the same as accepting the order. But why do some shops ask to confirm before they have given you the order. That's like confirming I've made payment for some random bill before I've given them their money.
I started ding deliveries during the first lockdown and you needed to prove you had a thermal bag by sending a picture of it (with you) and a receipt when you bought it. Seems standards have slacked.
better still just replace your back box for a hard cooler box and bolt a lock on. coolers insulate very well and will keep things very hot plus they will hold the heat even after you remove the thermal bag

I used to work there and you are right not to touch anything. The Sofa in the lobby costs £70k and each lamp on the concierge table costs over £5k each haha. Hated the place though the managing staff are horrible.
