I’ve actually given up on ordering take away here in my city in Ireland, always riders with no thermal bag and food is freezing. Either shopping bags or they just take it from the front seat of the car. Takeaway usually €20+ so I appreciate how much you care for others.

I've recently upgraded my thermal bag. Prior to this, the first thermal bag(which isn't that suitable for double/triple pick-ups, from my pov) was given to me by the delivery company I'm delivering for, that bag is a 16L. Whereas my new current thermal bag is a 28L.
That building looked really nice inside. Outside not so much
Loved the camera angle motion when you were at Tiam's, just thought you had some next level tech and then I noticed the back cushion on the delivery box too, appreciate the care for posture and comfort!!

As a delivery rider, riders who don't use a bag or don't zip up their bag pains me. I mean this is the most basic thing you need to do as a food delivery rider.

I live in the US, I stopped using delivery apps over a year ago. My standard order was around $30 US dollars and I would add a $8 tip. Twice within a month I had drivers message me asking for bigger tips. $8 tip on top of fees for 10 minutes work seems pretty generous. I bring a lunch to work now.

Here in Barcelona it's never the driver you see in the app when you order and honestly 99% use broken thermal bags that don't close. And when you complain you get a shrug as a response.
sometimes the zipper bags just rip after a months use and you just bought it. its just frustrating getting the zipper fixed for just it to break again in a couple of weeks. blame the bag companies who design it too

Here in Malta I had a grocery delivery with frozen vegetables delivered in a car without a bag. I complained.
That burnt-out moped was kinda crazy. I wonder if it was a battery fire.
You know what would be great mate, is if you had a running total of the day's take constantly on the screen. And the hours + per hour average too.
I deliver for my job to damac at least once per week and it never fails to amaze me when I look around. Scared to touch anything at all lol
I used to work there and you are right not to touch anything. The Sofa in the lobby costs £70k and each lamp on the concierge table costs over £5k each haha. Hated the place though the managing staff are horrible.

Why do some shops say can you accept the order? But if you have the order details you have accepted the order. Confirming the delivery is not the same as accepting the order. But why do some shops ask to confirm before they have given you the order. That's like confirming I've made payment for some random bill before I've given them their money.
Because a lot of drivers take the food and cancel. It’s rampant and stores are cracking down

better still just replace your back box for a hard cooler box and bolt a lock on. coolers insulate very well and will keep things very hot plus they will hold the heat even after you remove the thermal bag
