For anyone that ever doubted Goose with ETID, the man just absolutely nailed close to 90 minutes of music from 3 other incredible (and stylistically different) drummers. What an awesome job, can't wait to hear his playing on the new album.
38:00 Andy one time said in an interview that throughout Hot Damn he was so anxious about trying to get the guitar parts perfect that it sent him into panic attacks while they were recording. 17 YEARS LATER - OF PRACTICE - OF INSANE SHOWS, OF LEARNING YOUR CRAFT here he is just confidently VIBING into this song with absolute grace. much respect.
I always forget how heavy these guys are for some reason. Was never one of my favorite bands, but they are undeniably sick, and apparently sound fuckin' great live.
The first half of the best weekend of my life. Just watched the whole thing and I'm straight SWEATING reliving this! Thank you endlessly for all of this footage!!!! (Also there are a bunch of quick shots of my best friend and I up front, so fucking cool
Crazy to think I was there crowd surfing & losing my mind with all of those ETIDiot's 4 months ago. Gets better and better every year hope they'll be able to have it again this year.
I remember being maybe 15 and going to see as I lay dying in the basement of a club in Utah called DV8 I could be wrong but it was definitely a basement of a club. ETID opened for them and played hot damn! From start to finish and I was blown away. I couldn’t believe what I just witnessed and now goose is slaying it on the drums. You guys are definitely some of the raddest. Thanks for posting this.
Best show I’ve ever been to in my life (actually night 2 maybe but same thing) this video is amazing and helped me relive this night, thank you so much
So I've been watching a bunch of Pig Destroyer stuff recently, and your channel's videos have been recommended to me as a result of this, I presume. And damn. I forgot how much I loved hardcore back in high school. This quarantine is good for one thing I guess! Thanks so much for all this great fucking content. PS - Believe it or not, I've not once ever listened to or even heard Every Time I Die until right now, watching this video. They're the first band that's scratched the itch that Dillinger Escape Plan did for me (that first tune sounds a shit ton like Prancer and some other song by DEP). Not exactly the same, but these guys are killer. Truly intelligent music, and sick chops on each and every member of the band.
it’s funny- I’ve been a long time ETID fan and recently started listening to Dillinger because they hit the same spot for me. That dissonant Botch-y stuff
*By and large, our biggest influene of all the hardcore bands..even beyond Converge, or Dillinger, or whomever, and by f...king faaar more than all the safer knock offs since. Tons of us all owe some credit to our boys here. Thank you fellas!! We're so excited for the new material, and we appreciated you every time we've crossed paths. And thanks Jord, it's been a loooong time, but what you said fired us up!* 🍸😆🤘 *RAISING THE BLACK* ☠
It's sad to all be sat here watching this, wondering when we will see an experience like this again. But at least we live in an age where we can share it. ETID forever.
All hail our Lord and Savior hate5six. Easily your best work to date. Jesus hockey sticks Christ, live music shouldn't sound this good. Keep up the good work, man. Your videos never cease to amaze me.
Chris George I feel like most ETID fans don’t do that and if they do they have the decency to move to the back part of the crowd. Plus it’s prolly just too hard up front to keep any sort of phone or camera in your hand with everyone moving so much.
@@patrickbaisley8269 whattt!! I didnt even notice a edit on this video. I just thought they didn't play any new stuff. I'm disappointed now because there is already videos of 3 new songs of theirs live.
I've seen these guys more times than I can count because they tour their asses off and keep making good albums. I've never once seen them not go hard as fuck. Jordan is a maniac at every single show whether it's a show of 500 or 5000.
I love the subtle bit of pyro during the Metallica lyric. Wonder if someone did that on purpose. Welp, to you sir, I caught it and I thought it was clever.
I remember seeing them over ten years and getting completely engulfed in the sound and energy. Being at the show felt like a hazy dream or something i completely blacked out but i remember bright lights and a sea of people and ofcourse that crispy guitar tone-age cacooned me in a cloudy fuzz of frequencies.
if the doofuses holding their cell phones up the whole time only knew there would be a way better video than theirs of this show, they could actually put the stupid things down and have fun in real life!!!
ETID could actually be a huge band in 2020+. Right now hard rock (and further down the scale) isn’t selling. (Norma Jean, devil wears Prada, issues to name a few former giant sellers) The biggest rock bands have either been at it for literal decades or are basically making hip hop with guitars. Even if you don’t like ETID it’s very likely you respect them and I think the dearth of heavy music charting/selling like it used to even 5 years ago and the buzz around their return could see them after 20+ years blow up. Lord knows they deserve it. Only band off the top that any album could be argued as their best

Keith Buckley is just a really angry poet. Glitches and Two Summers are so good
51:40 jeeeeeesus that's heavy
Is it a coincidence the entire world has been in the tank since this show ended? I think the world peaked.
Man... Keith is simply one of the best hardcore vocalists ever. Dude has been consistently awesome all these many many years.
creekandseminole I can’t get over how consistent that fuckin guy is, and how tight this band is live
creekandseminole he’s insanely amazing
0:02 that's a SPOT ON R2D2 panic scream lmao
I can’t wait for this. I’ve been checking this channel every week since January.
ITTTTTTS TIME!
I swear y’all better make this the most watched Hate5Six video, or y’all Trapt fans.
The puddle of mudd nirvana cover video is getting all the views ha ha
😂😂😂
I COULD CRY RIGHT NOW, FIRST AMOUNT OF JOY I'VE FELT SINCE THIS PANDEMIC STARTED.
This mix is insane. Sounds amazing even from my phone speakers.
I can hear the guitars so clearly. what a blessing.
Having the most brutal one man circle pit in my living room.
8bitsnriffs same dude

LEGENDARY VOCALIST IN THE WORLD

THIS IS THE ONE I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!
The one we've all been waiting for! Thank you for providing us with high quality entertainment Sunny.
It’s premiering at 5am my time ( Australia ). I just woke up from an all afternoon nap so I can sty awake for this. Stoked 🤘🏼
The ending of Cities and Years is ferocity at it's finest.
What a wild ride. Threw a bunch a shit around in my room listening to this full blast. There were some tears. Thank you for everything ETID.

Sonny's doing the lords work.
If there's NOT a 2020 ETID Christmas. That's when I will truly give up hope. This is one of my favorite memories.
Hey hate5six - Heard you've got a Glassjaw show in the pipeline! Super stoked for that! There's just not enough Glassjaw in the world...
LOVE AND ZOMBIES especially not enough filmed by sunny
LOVE AND ZOMBIES 💯
Glassjaw?! holy shit man that takes me back 🖤
Omg is that true? Jesus Christ I’m so excited
Saw Glassjaw live in London two years ago, It was really bad. But not entirely the bands fault. The venue was not built well for good sound quality.
This was sick and a perfect way to end my quarantine work week. Thanks hate5six!
It's sad to all be sat here watching this, wondering when we will see an experience like this again. But at least we live in an age where we can share it. ETID forever.
The greatest of all time. I wish I was there and I hope the world is normal enough to see this live this December.
Truly a masterpiece of a set. Hope y’all are safe out there 🤘🏼
I missed night 1 this year, so I'm so glad this finally came out! Thanks so much to hate5six! Excited for night 2 even though I was there for it.
Indian Giver is such a good song to end with. what a set
hivenind913 super underrated tune. Don’t think I’ve ever seen it live
What a absolute pleasure it has been to watch this band go from 20 people bar gigs in downtown buffalo, ny to legends of the metal scene.
Makes me so happy to see how much love these guys are getting on this channel
That was me at the end Jordan stole the hat from. This made my whole week.
Nick really? It made my hole weak.
Literally feel like I am at a show right now, wow thank u
I think i’ve watched this about 15 times already...still coming back
tysm sunny, this was much needed
The sound quality is so good
THANK YOU for sharing this. Damn, they sound as tight as ever...
The Butcher! 🤟
I love how they opened with floater!
I need this pandemic to end so I can see these dudes live again. What an amazing show
Thank you for making this. It was so much fun to watch and very well put together. Excellent work. Love ETID so much.
Damn Wanderlust sounds incredibly good live
Fuck Yeah! Hard to find pro shot multi cam videos of these bands, nailed it with this one!
I will watch this so many times it may be unhealthy. Thank you!
Needs more goose. Wheres the drum cam??
kylea souders Goose is their drummer? Like fear before goose? Holy shit
All hail our Lord and Savior hate5six. Easily your best work to date. Jesus hockey sticks Christ, live music shouldn't sound this good. Keep up the good work, man. Your videos never cease to amaze me.
One of the best live bands to see. 🤘🏼
Thanks for uploading this dude!
I almost saw these guys live once but my friend made me leave early. Long story short, we're not friends anymore
Well, that was phenomenal.
I love how hardly anyone is just standing there filming the gig!!!!
Chris George I feel like most ETID fans don’t do that and if they do they have the decency to move to the back part of the crowd. Plus it’s prolly just too hard up front to keep any sort of phone or camera in your hand with everyone moving so much.
Those that are doing that seem to be in the balconies, which imo is the best and most respectful way to do this.
@@MrEL91N Or because Jordan will karate kick your phone out of the venue lol
I wish they had Dec 14 of this. They played Moor and finished with an epic ending of Map Change...
They did record it. Who knows when it will be uploaded. Did they play any new songs on dec 14th
@@Terror0619 yes, but they did on the 13th too. Looks like they got edited out. They banged though.
OMG that encore was amazing, and Jordan trolled all of us lol.

As soon as the live feed ended I restarted it. I fucking love this band so much
Fuckkkkkk me dude when Keith says “open this mother fucker!” @6:00 I’m ready to absolutely raise goddamn hell

andrewrx Andy makes that guitar look like a ukulele 😂
You guys rule! Thanks for the videos!
Happy TID the season everyone!
Any setlist with cities and years is one fucking good setlist. Never got to see them perform this one live :(
Deep cut bops!
*watches cities and years for the 20th time* 49:08
Youk know what makes their guitars sound so goddamn good? Orange Amps. Best Amps ever for heavy music.
if the doofuses holding their cell phones up the whole time only knew there would be a way better video than theirs of this show, they could actually put the stupid things down and have fun in real life!!!
The Burial Plot Bidding War is still my favorite ETID Album
