Simply Beautiful Buck! This is why we love Camping up this way. ❤ Cowley Beach is certainly on our list of places to visit. Although we haven't had much luck Camping North if the Cardwell Range this year. Bramston Beach and Mission Beach we got rained on. Kirrimine Beach we got rained out. @@Mrbuckaroonie.. We just took a walk on the Wild Side and bought a 4wd Vehicle to use for remote camping and towing our camper trailer. Might have to do a Shake Down run to Cowley Beach. 🙂👍
I’ve also got stories about bloody caravan awnings but here is my door nightmare. We were going down to do the Great Ocean road,cold windy raining and the plastic crap door handle shits itself for no apparent reason. The car’s locked with the keys in the van and we’re locked outside in the cold and rain 💩💩👺👹😡🤬no awning out of course because it’s blowing a gale. The bride saved the day by going next door to campers and borrowing a pair of longnose pliers, her inner scouser kicked in and she had it open in seconds 👏👏👏❤️❤️. The next day we go into town and find a van place willing to fix it start away $150 if we pay cash and it’ll be ready in an hour,we unhook and go straight to an ATM and straight back,been away no longer than ten minutes,it’s fixed and ready 😂😂😢happy that it’s done but can’t help the feeling of just being touched up especially when we check online at the price of the replacement part.😡🤬 I also have a van stability legs story that is not much better. My conclusion is that vans are made as cheap as possible out of parts sauced for as cheap as possible,designed by people that not only don’t use them but also never listen to customers feedback . After four vans in four years I’m sure there’s good vans out there,I just haven’t seen them and probably will never be able to afford them anyway. Having said that the New Age Manta Ray expedition with the upgraded electrical system does address a lot of issues,so it does sound like there are some that are listening to customers, it’s just that I’ve owned a few houses that have cost less and I’m as tight as a fishers then it comes to parting with the very hard earned money. 😂😂 👁️👁️😎😇🐕🦺currently in Blackbutt,moving to Woodford tomorrow and life is good ❤️🇦🇺
Hi Mate, another great video showing the northern beaches and van parks. Those door catchers are a bloody pain. They are used on lots of different vans. It nearly pays to keep a spare one. Don't let the kids swing of them. Keep up the good work. Enjoy the new van. Cheers Mark
This looks like a great spot to stay, now on our travel list, we had a nice stay in Bowen a few weeks ago, however the caravan park was so full and really not that enjoyable - listening to your neighbours snoring. Yes you would have had a nice sea breeze overnight with your van door being off the hinges. 🤣😬

Looks like a great spot , get used to problems with the junko , we sold ours to many issues it was a 23 model Those HD legs you put on look like the goods , one less thing to worry about

With the Jayco, if you pull the key out of the lock when the key hole is horizontal it has a tendency to lock you out or in, next time you use it.
