Just out of curiosity, with the lights and outlets being there....are the screws short enough to not pierce any wires or harness behind there?? Do the instructions say to pull the tail lights before hand to check at all?
@@TheBlueGarage No only driver side if you have the flex tailgate chevy puts a fold out handle on driver side. it goes where the swing out case would go so they tell you they only make it for passenger side in the refreshed trucks
@@TheBlueGarage if you go under the truck in the back you will be able to see the screws where they came through its wide open from the bead to the fenders just look and if the creews are not stainless they will rust just from the moisture in the morning and it will spread to the bed of the truck

I have that case for passenger side, may put one on driver side too. But i have the refreshed 22 so i have to remove the grab handle thingy.

I like the swing box but don't you think its going to rust out your bed from the inner fender
It could, but I don’t get any water in there, unless I’m cleaning it out. My tonneau cover keeps the water out.
