Its a tropical area plant that produces flowers in summers, Generally. It Could be something Else that is disturbing it Blooming. Try some potassium Enrich Fertilizer, after a Nice pruning. Hope it's Not any uncommon variety of hibiscus, Hope it helps. Happy Gardening 😊
@@Pure_Greeny thanks so much for your response. I’m in Illinois. For the last six years, the plant has been doing the same. Flowering inside in winter and not outside in summer. I have repotted it not too long ago. Not sure what will happen this winter. But the plant overall looks great. Thanks again.
@@crisalidathomassie1811 May be It's a Different Variety of hibiscus, or may be you are confusing it with hibiscus. But hibiscus Plant Blooms in summers, never mind Hope you get Alot of hibiscus Flowers. Happy gardening 😊

Mam please help me Mam today only monkeys pulled my favourite lemon plant from pot with its root mam now what i can do I have again planted it in pot and add some vermicompost in it and watered it and kept it at a place where monkeys can not reach now what can i do
