A 40ft container itself without finishing right now is about 1.5m
Finishing 1 container would cost roughly 75k to 180k per square metre
This design utilized 13 ʻ40ft Containersʼ and 17 ʻ20ft Containers
A 20ft container is 14.4 square metre and 40ft container is 28.8 square metre.
Buying the containers alone is over 45 million Naira without finishing
