Mom always taught us that it’s God’s well whether we live or die, we always pray for healing of loved ones and for loved ones of others. We have to trust in God that whatever He decides, as in cancer or other serious diseases, that He has a plan, and we must accept it and try to understand. God bless you all and love unpacking the mass every week. It definitely helps me understand the readings.
Suffering is part of Life Jesus is Alive and will heal us if we have Faith. Trust in Gods Merciful Heart . Thanks Keith 💥🙏🏻✝️❤️

My husband was very ill and in pain. I asked Jesus if it was possible for me to take him to Lourdes. He said no, I believe Jesus had other plans for him. He passed a way 8 years ago I know he's with our Lord in Heaven.🐑🕊❤️

Jesus I turn to you for guidance. As a single mom things are hardii on me both guof my sons are special needs. Jesus give me strength I’m constantly struggling to provide for them I’m so ashamed. Lord please help me as I constantly struggle to pay bills and constantly struggle to buy groceries for my children. The devil wants me to give up. BUT no matter what I face I KEEP FAITH in Jesus! 💕

I went through hell on earth and can relate to the book of Job because it was one storm after another. I felt like I was treading water and it wasn’t until I found acceptance and peace with Our Lord’s presence that I learned to suffer well. I can handle each wave now knowing that I surrender it to Jesus and cling hard to Jesus. Planning to become a therapist with school starting in 2025 to share these lessons. Great message from Keith. He has the Wisdom from the Holy Spirit.❤

Thank you, Keith, for doing this video series. I have been enjoying it. I'll read the readings and then watch your Unpacking the Mass video for context and commentary. This week, one of my own observations is a little befuddlement over where the Church chose to begin the reading from the book of Wisdom. Even giving one earlier verse of context would have made the entire reading more easily understandable and applicable to our daily lives. Curious to know your thoughts about that.
Sometimes I am confused about that too. That’s why I will sometimes give a little more context.

I'm not familiar with that song. I'm not really a fan of mega church music. It all sounds the same to me. But I like the early protestant music like Power in the Blood of the Lamb. That's a great song.

I don't celebrate death, but the death penalty should never be abolished.
It has its place. For instance, in America we have systems to keep the most abusive offenders out of the populace. But in other areas they don't, and there it has the ability to keep the overall populace safe. It's tough because, at least in our country, so often the wrong person is on death row.

The faith of these people in the parables amazes me, their strength encourages me. This is the second time I’m listening to this unpacking the mass because it is helping me in my faith to become stronger and trust in our God. There are so many times that I faltered, I hope to become stronger. God bless you all and especially Keith for sharing these readings with us and their understanding.
