@@LivinginSacramentoTV The homes that have a two car garage door next to a one car garage door. Are they twin homes or just single home with three car spaces?
Oh, those are most likely single family homes with 3 car garages. Usually the 3rd space has it's own door but still connected to the main garage space.
Hi sir. My wife and I are both nurses and are planning to move to Sacramento from SoCal. I wanna consider proximity to hospitals and good schools for our 5year old kid. We prefer new builds with suburban feel neighborhood. What place/places do you suggest tick these boxes? Thank you.

Sac and its surrounding areas have seen anywhere from 1-3% population increase every year since 1970. The reason people leave Cali is because of its affordability. Sac is an outlier.
@@kylehoward1625 Yep, even before I moved to Las Vegas in 2005 people from the bay area were moving to Roseville and commuting to the bay area every day. I thought those people were CRAZY!!! Its a shame Hewlett Packard has been so decimated. There were around 4000 people working there at its height. I worked there from 2000-2005. My dad worked at NEC Electronics for 18 years from 1983-2001. It was bought by another company and also decimated afterwards. Haven't been back since July of 2005 and don't miss it one bit. Still have plenty of friends there though.
