I struggled to work from home with my toddler! had such a hard time splitting up my time and not feeling guilty not paying attention 100% to my toddler. You're Rocking it!
This is my concern she plays by herself a lot but I’m feeling the mom guilt that I’m going to have to pay attention during training - I was thinking of putting her toys next to me in my office so she doesn’t feel “alone”
I feel the same way about being with my kids. One day I want to work from home maybe have my own business or something. But for now I’m trying to get in a clinic as an LPN because my 1st day on the floor in LTC was a disaster. I’m a brand new LPN and I underestimated what the role really entitles in LTC. I was ready to be on the cart but it didn’t go well so now I’m like this isn’t going to be good for my mental health and anxiety/stress levels. I applaud you for staying in the LTC when you hated it cause I left immediately.
I was able to WFH since 2019 as an LVN CM going onsite once a month. Unfortunately, I had to leave my position due to some changes at home and now after about a year off I am so ready to get back to work. Currently applying for remote positions.
Can you share what you learned from working at the dermatologist like tips kr tricks because wow your skin looks fantastic. Can you share what you use for your skin?
