Loved it Sir. I made my Veg momos in my channel using Sabudana flour (Tapioca) so that I get a bit transparent skin for momos as authentic Chinese dimsums are made. It was satisfactory. The challenge is we don't get wheat or potato starch easily in india which is the main magic behind translucent dimsums or HarGao. I love your channel. You are an inspiration 😊
