I love what the Rupert made of the outdated cabinet, but what I love most of this episodes is the voice over! "...And this could be the potato printing bit!" 😂😂😂
There was a great deal of work put into that bench - I've been meaning to do exactly the same thing with the chairs I've got, so now I think it's the right time 😂 Very clever solution - I'm definitely going to borrow some ideas.
This was one of the few pieces I've seen Rupert make that I liked!---I wish I had Sarah's energy. I bought one of her books many years ago, just to have a piece of her in my home...sigh. Even the photos made me tired!---Norman is such a dear man. I gush every time I see him here.

Loved the bench and the bookcase transformations
Whoa, there are millions of people that still prefer real books to read.
Screws rather than dowels does not seem consistent with quality furniture.
As a researcher, I'm thinking that compendium of newspapers could have gone to a Library, Museum or Archives. Sadly its gone to the dump.
When I lived in England I was shocked how Brits would just throw away perfectly good furniture.
Just as bad in the USA. The USA is a throw away country
Sarah does rattle on at times on the doorstep...not always.
