    I am suffering from health Anxiety। I All my reports are normal like Ecg, 2d echo, LFT, KFT, Sugar, CBC, Calcium, But
    My phobia is change day by day. I also have mood swings. First phobia is stroke now days this problem is gone but now days BP phobia and my bp is 75/105, 72/111 , I am check my bp whole day about fifteen times, That's y I always feel worst. Low energy, acidity, low appetite, feeling vomit, please provide the solution, My treatment is also done by safdurjung hospital by psychiatrist. But every day new phobia is arise. Bp phobia is my main concern. I diagnosis Anxiety & Depression and health Anxiety. My main problem is health Anxiety. Please provide the solution madam.

    Mam aapne bilkul sahi bola tension se kuch nhi hota mujhe 1year ho gya anxiety me tthi mai dr ne kaha aap swasth ho.fir bhi lagta ttha kuch hai .our ye bhi lagta ttha dr mujhe tasalli de re honge but aisa nhi hai .sahi baat hai maam death to reality hai isse kya bhagna our sunna chahiye khud hoke event me jaana chahiye .maine you tube me padh liye ttha nind nhi aati hai to heart attack aa jata hai is wajah se mai ghabra gai tthi dr ne bola sab sahi ye 40.45 ki age me aata hai aapki age bhi nhi hai bp bhi normal hai thyroid bhi normal hai aap ko kuch nhi huwa man shant karne ki jarurat hai aap. Fir mai samjh gai.fir maine you tube me sun li ki death k baare me sochne se raat me sapne bahot aane se death ho jaati hai uski vajah se anxiety hone lagi.dr. ne bola sochne se kuch nhi hota hai positive socho aap ka video se samjh aaya jab aana rahega tab aaengi death.aana to hai hi ye reality hai .sab ko aani hai aaj kyu khrab karna sochne se kya hoga dhanywaad dr.dhanyavad

    I have chronic kydney disease.My creatinine level is approximate 1.6.It is detected in me before seven month. I am type two diabetic from 16 years.My age is now 55 years.l take medicine prescribed by kydney specialist.My sugar level remain normal on medicine.Now some days some fear of death has developed in me.From the reason of this disease I think I face kidney failure in future.I also think that in future I face dialysis or kydney transplant.I fear these.Madam please understand me in a video because I am depressed from this disease.
