I get you a lot with the social anxiety part (or maybe more of a general anxiety idk). Thank you for sharing 🥰

I get you!!! A mi me da mucha ansiedad social y estar en cuarentena no ayuda. Mis social skills me dicen "adiós" lol.
Thank you for sharing this with us. I've seen so much growth in you and I'm happy that you're feeling more comfortable 💖

Gosh I needed to listen to this. The driving anxiety SUCKS and I had it for the longest time. So there’s that. I had to just get over it when I was studying and living en Cayey. I had the privilege of having a car and the awesome support of my parents but I just couldn’t do it before I was forced to by my circumstances. I didn’t realize it was anxiety at first. So when I did, and noticed anxiety was a real problem in my life I started to see all the different ways it was affecting my well-being and relationships. Ahí es que uno dice coño okay we can work on this. Its tough pero the real satisfaction es lograr estas cosas for ourselves aunque los demás lo hayan hecho years ago.

I resonated with so many things you said in this video. I remember being ridiculed as a child for speaking my mind and now i'm an incredibly shy person thats scared to talk to others in social situations. I also live with my parents that think extremely different than I do and I just don't say anything to them because then all hell breaks lose in my house and its not a happy place. Anxiety sucks and i think of all the opportunities i've missed for my career because of my anxiety and I get mad at myself for it sklskld but great video! I love hearing you talk

IT’S RLY NOT A HAPPY PLACE, which is why I feel so icky when people tell you you HAVE to confront your parents.

I can relate to the driving anxiety because I’ve been diagnosed with add since I was a child and driving was always a hassle for me and it made me hella anxious and nervous. My parents also drove me to places all the time because of that (plus I don’t own a car for myself). Now I love driving by myself and I would do it every day if I could.
