Sky broadband bad customer service.

  • My broadband connection is down, so I tried contacting Sky. This is the runaround I got.

    Just download the my sky app and run your own diagnostics, it found the problem I was having and booked me an engineer. Who needs call centres. 😂

    daft but ive never had a problem with contacting sky customer service , only when i tried to cancel did i have the run around

    Thats was pretty bad like. 2016 to be fair and less contact numbers now. 150 from mobile / landline or the 0344 whatever lol

    I have been with them for over a decade and i just cancelled.
    I had enough!
    No long standing customer perks!
    May get through after 40-60 minutes of holding. Or they just terminate the call.
    Really?
    And for just basic broadband service, they are far to experience in my opinion.

      If you are a complete idiot it's absolutely normal for them to terminate the call with you.
      People like you complaining that you had to wait 40 minutes it's normal with the Global pandemic for them to be busy.

      @@jediveidar What? U must be an Idiot yourself, I have not been with Sky for over 3 years. Nothing to do with any plandemic. Their customer service has always been shite, and Sky is to expensive as well. Crap service !

      Yes 2 hours on th ph waiting then disconnected and all I wanted was a new skybox the one I have is faulty.
      I now have canceled with them.
      Pack of wankers.

    I cancelled my sky broadband had no problem depends which advicer get best way doing it try it on like I've gone with brsk get 106mbps speed ultra fibra broadband internet free 6 months then 25 say is yours free 6 months if say no then say back then why would I want stay would u stay which cave in go ahead with cancellation best do email first then ring if just ring try fob u about do email explanation why leaving when ring no put why in email but varys on which advicer get
