Hey, into ZBrush I import the SVG file, this option is located in Zplugins, Text 3D & Vector Shapes.
SVG files I prepare in Illustrator and export them in SVG file format.
You can create any shape in Illustrator and export a selection, like shape. SVG.

Hi, do you mean black and white images, Are the dragon pattern and the Viking's knots weaving pattern design?
You can find many designs online, but to upload to ZBrush I used SVG files from Adobe Illustrator.
