You can split the word and say Wa gakki, and the pronunciation will come naturally.
Wa = Japanese, Gakki = musical instrument.
These people are professionals in everything they do and WGB quickly became a band for large arenas in Japan. In 2019, they filled the Saitama Super Arena 2 days in a row with their Daishinnenkai 2019 (New Year's Show).
Homura (flame) is a song Machiya brought with him from a previous solo project. 2nd song Akatsuki no ito (thread of dawn) is also written by Machiya. The song is used as an ebcore chant by the audience.
I recommend this one from Daishinnenkai 2018
Wagakki Band - 戦-ikusa- + 拍手喝采 (Hakushu Kassai)/ Dai Shinnenkai 2018 Ashita e no Koukai [ENG SUB CC]
    The WGB consists of:
Yuko Suzuhana - Shigin, Vocal (Founder of WGB)
    Machiya - Guitar
    Asa - Bass
    Wasabi - Drums
Kiyoshi Ibukuro - Koto (25 string horizontal harp)
    Kurona - Wadaiko (Japanese drums)
Beni Ninagawa - Shamisen (3 string guitar)
Daisuke Kaminaga - shakuhachi (bamboo flute)

The Japanese style drums are "Wadaiko" played by kurona, the bamboo flute is a "Shakuhachi" played by Daisuke, the harp is a "Koto" played by Kiyoshi, and the 3 string instrument that looks like a Banjo is the "Shamisen" played by Beni, the rest are Machiya on guitar, Wasabi on drums Asa on bass and Yuko on vocals, she is also a classically trained pianist and uses an ancient form of poetry recital called "Shigin", created by manipulating the vocal chords on some songs, a fun ,jazzier song is "Synchronicity" th-cam.com/video/8SNV8s8FJBk/w-d-xo.html and one that shows off each member, including Yuko and her sword is th-cam.com/video/aWlMc-pbDc8/w-d-xo.html

I can hear a bit of a Hendrix influence. I also enjoy the big time concert sound.

NOthing personal, but these kind of youtubes with the music and show in a little box and the youtuber flooding the screen doing nothing is way way beyond my comprehension.
I guess it is some sort of formula, whatever it is, which is mostly universal, is the worst presentation of anything I have ever seen.

Once you get used to pronouncing the music it sounds really good. When I started listening to Japanese I thought it was very strange... Years later today I feel very harmonic
