It's not "WAGAKI (MY child)" but "WA (Japan)-GAKKI (musical instrument)", but the pronunciation is incorrect.
They are an incredible band. Each member is very talented in their respective field. During their shows they do a segment like this using just the traditional or modern instruments or different combinations of the types of instruments, to better showcase the individual members. Yuko Suzuhana as well as being the vocalist, is also a Kenbu dancer (fans and swords) so she gets to show off some of her other talents as well (she's also an excellent pianist). The main aim behind this band was to bring Japanese culture to a wider audience, something which I think they have achieved pretty well.

Wagaki band has some wonderful instrumentals in their concerts, while yuko rests her voice. Machiya (the guitarist) often takes the role of vocalist, he also has a wonderful voice. Poet, pianist, shigin singer and sword dancer Yuko Suzuhana is the founder and driving force of WGB. Machiya is the sound engineer who arranges the music and has the final say.

Can recommend "Episode 0" from Daishinnenkai 2017
and not least one of their masterpieces "Sabakunokomoriuta" from "Otono Kairou" Tour 2018 and "Hakushu Kassai" from Daishinnenkai 2018.
We saw nothing of WK on this vidéo , of course they didnt know, so just have an eye to Homura ' sing of WK . That is really good .
in fact that guy had played traditional drum (Wataiko) in japan Disneyland, and taught micky mouse to play it too

If Waggaki Band remembered you real band , you could listen HOMURA ...nice sing from WK
Yuko, Kiyoshi, and Daisuke have another band called Hanafugetsu. They're also Wagakki Band, but in it's purest form. You should also check them out.

Every member of Wagakki Band is a consummate performer and a top-notch musician; many of them have been awarded as ‘best in Japan’ in their respective instruments. She didn’t sing in this but we get to see just how compelling a performer Yuko is in her dance with umbrella, fan and katana. Her presence seems like the calm amidst the storm of all the other performance. So much so that it’s easy to overlook that, like a hurricane, the storm exists because of her. Literally in this case since she is the founding member.
