@Dice12K I just did that challenge a few minutes ago. It can definitely be an 8 j.8d now (I didn't try with 7 j.8d like before). It's hard to tell if the 7 j.8d would work, but I think it might.
@hattrick271 Thanks I dunno what this change might be, a good thing? Air Drives can do the full effect from closer or something... again, I dunno. I'm getting this game in the summer, I'll figure this stuff out. :\
Ive been playing BB since last summer.never learned what numbers go with what direction and never learned. too confusing... but I do know is that some of the crossing side combos with hazama are a little irritating to pull off. I miss my 1.2 or 1.3 patch hazama
@drhikarisan Haku-men doesnt have a big player base either... They didn't nerf his meter gain that bad. Hes getting 36 meter off basic BnBs, along with 2-3k if you include a super. All they did to him was increase the difference between a good player and a bad player by forcing you to expand your move set from stale 3C combos to things like his command grab and doing overheads.
At least they showed somewhat useful combos in challenge mode. To be honest his only justifiable nerf was the additional poration on 6C and the heat cooldown off of jakyou hotenjin. Getting 50 meter for spending 50 meter was stupid. About the TK hirentosu loop, I've heard from a couple people who have played it that while it isn't easy, it's easier than CS2. Just delay the hirentsou so you can pick it up again with 5C
It's like that for all of them in combos, just slide your finger to A C or B to get it out REALLY quickly, pause for a second to get the Superior versions.
Glad to see that Hazama's combos are still stylish! Difficult, but stylish...! ^_^ Learning them and their timing can be a bit of a apin, though.... :(
J.C as quickly as you can after you finish the 2nd hit, then spam C as quickly as possible after that. If you do it right, the enemy won't recover and the combo will connect. Sometimes it has something to do with the timing when you launch him up again, most of the time I have to time the fall after Serpent Sword before I launch him or else the 2nd Mid air C before the J.C won't be able to hit, or the last hit of Mid air C after J.C won't connect because of its weird hitbox. Hope that helps.
looks like hazama got a bit more nerfed than he needed to. seems like he lost some of his damage output and his ability to gain meter which, since hazama is a character thats heavily reliant on meter to do actually good damage...just seems stupid. I love how characters like Haku-men got buffed to s-tier while hazama who already doesnt have that many players to begin with get nerfed to b-tier
I find some of these combos ridiculous as a Hazama main (like +10 where you do 2C then 2D then j.C TK) it only does 3K when Hazama has a lot of potential in the corner plus its a little hard to time the 2C as they come back down from Houtenjin, although it looks stylish so thats probably why they put it in their XD Also TK loop is a little tricky but I mastered it the 1st day I got Extend (Release date) I say its intermediate in corner, I need to work with midscreen TK loop though.

@mybrawling
the reason I'm asking is due to the fact it doesn't look like you need to... @.@;
I'm referring to 1:51.
@BreezePlease the numbers are the numbers on your numpad on ur keyboard
@mybrawling the reason I'm asking is due to the fact it looks like you actually don't.

@hattrick271 Thanks

@drhikarisan wasn't aware that spark was a big player base.

@MashThat5A from what im told TK hirentosu isn't easier in EX, its hard enough for me in CS2.
I'm having a lot of trouble timing when to jump cancel after the second J.C in challenge 8. Anyone have any advice?
@XciellX Its Actually Easier,The Only Problem is the Timing But once You get the Timing Down,Hazama's New(Or Old) Combos are Rather Easy
Thanks man, finally managed to do it. It was the timing of the dash and the 5C after it that was messing me up.

That chain part after the Hotenjin is burst safe.

i'm stuck at #6, just cant get the timing on the distortion at the end...
@drhikarisan And yeah I know, more charactrs also get better throw combos and everything, but Hazama still looks very solid.
Hazama's biggest nerf in this game, like CS2, was getting better combos...wait...
someone remove some confusion plz?
so the j8D can be just 8 -> j8D? not 7 -> j8D?
o.0;
crap, sorry about the double post
LOL, Ichimaru Gin VA xD
Fate Averruncus Only in English, tho

Can no longer play. Done. >.>

@DaifunkaMaster I can do the same shit and then some in BBCS2 with him. The only thing that improved about him are his chains.
