Should I keep the set all the same color OR should I mix it up? What do you think will sell best? The first 1,000 people to click the link will get a full year of Premium membership to Craftsy for only $1.49: go.craftsy.com/lemonstolemonadefurniture/
Mixing up colors may be trending but imo most people do not want trending. You will find a buyer certainly but I think you will have a bigger pool of buyers with all the same color. However, do what you want and maybe once I see it I will like it if the colors are complimentary of each other. Personally I think I'd see it as a mismatched set and I'd bring in patterns and a few other colors with accessories. I also think most people are not interior designers and will more easily be able to dress their room if the colors on the furniture are the same. Or do you add the accessories and such?
What a beautiful color! These are wonderful nightstands with plenty of storage. Personally, I would paint everything the same color and use linens, etc., to bring in other colors into the room. Keep warm down there!
Faithful fan here. Hello from New York. I’m trying out Emerald paint this week because of you! Excited to see how well it levels and covers. Client chose Roycroft Bottled Green a lovely saturated green almost the same color as your Roycroft bronze green! Your nightstands turned out classic and classy!! I am So excited!
I love green, so I would be soooo happy with having n all green bedroom set. Whether all the same shade (the one you used is gorgeous) or complementary shades of green, it will look lovely.
I’m not usually a big fan of green but those pieces came out fabulously. I think a different color for different pieces will look best. Matchy match is trending out.
Nice color, they look awesome! I really liked the original pulls, they would've looked really good against the green. In my opinion😁😁. Anyway, I'm sure these will sell fast, can't wait to see the rest of the set.
@@LemonstoLemonadeFurniture After two snowstorms where I am, I'm with you on not wanting to get up! But the project turned out great. That shade of green is really nice.
Hello from Kentucky!! Those turned out lovely!! I love the color and the knobs are awesome! I like the old handles, too, but the new ones did look better. Maybe you can use those old handles on something else.
These look really great. The first layer made me wonder about the color, but it ended up beautiful - you have wonderful taste. I love that you create for your market, which must keep you on your toes! ❤
Awesome as usual. Thank you so much for continuing to share your work! I’m beginning to love the greens. I need to begin sharing my work…all in good time, as they say.
They are beautiful. I can't wait to see the whole set. Can you tell me about the paintings shown in the finished view? I LOVED your painting with dried flowers. Is this another awesome dupe? TY
They look amazing as always! I love the color! I like the knobs and I have used a smaller size on a project, but I loved the handles you used on the buffet you painted previously in that color! I need to check if you have a link to them as well. Can't wait to see what you gonna do with the rest of the pieces of this set.
You only *think* Dallas had a cold front because you're not in Wisconsin. It was 17 below zero here a couple of days last week. Then we had a warming trend, and it heated right up to only 13 below. If we could bottle that up, we could sell it in the desert. Ha! I love the color. I use very similar colors in just about every room in my home. I'm thinking that bedroom suit will sell insanely well!
The thing I like the most about your channel is that you use ordinary products easily picked up at the nearest big box store. Other channels use the boutique paints and products that I'm sure add considerably to the cost.
Thanks so much for showing how to fix that drawer glide piece. I have that issue on one drawer. Kept think I can't afford a handy man now that my 2nd. half of my prop. taxes are due. Love & blessings to you and now I'll return to the video. New to you sub. of videos.
Question. Sorry not related to the video. What are things to look for to NOT get and Reno? Furniture pieces that are too much work and not worth it. Thanks. Really enjoying your site.
Had to stop at beginning!! With an argument about cleaning so we’ll-which you do!! That’s on whomever, their care of their furniture, their vision, and at the end of the day-did they sell it? Some ppl just have to learn from their own mistakes (of which you have learned from & are sharing!!). That’s on them. Don’t get why someone is fussing about how You clean your pieces?? I’m with you!! Cleaner the better and might take a bit longer-but shorter in long run!! By not having to redo or attempt to redo or it just not selling!!
I understand the misconception. And it kinda seems logical -like you’re removing all the finish and making it dirty again (granted w sawdust) but oils from hands are a beast to remove once you grind them in! Lol learned that one! Thanks for always watching!
@ yes, but the old hardware was of a dropped type - the hole was higher so the old hardware appeared to be centered. With a simple knob, they are not centered. It certainly is a personal choice; I just don’t like the off-center knobs.
@LemonstoLemonadeFurniture by any chance do you know what the new hot colors are going to be for 2025? Also, what are your thoughts on the new styles coming up (like, MCM and Pottery Barn faux is/was hot)

I think it is best to keep this set all in the same color! Keep it simple.
Thanks for the input! It's definitely something to consider.

I agree! That would definitely tie the look together!
I love that color! I want to see a mix with the whole set. Sometimes you can’t picture it until someone does it. 😉🦋
You’re in for a treat - I’ll show you soon!

Love the color
@cindyhoward9620 Thank you! I really appreciate you being here! Hope to see you next time!
How is the Emerald paint for rolling or brushing for those without a sprayer? The nightstands look awesome.
I liked the original knobs better...... if it was me, - I'd have put them back on. 😎
Lovely!
I appreciate you watching!
Absolutely love that color! Great choice

Love the color! The knobs really go well with it! Great job!

Not a lover of green but that is a soothing color
I think so too! Masculine enough for a bedroom finish yet neutral
So what are your counter tops madeof??? Beautiful
Granite! Thank you!
Haven’t seen the dresser, would dark box & lighter drawers work? Or just a little contrast? Great base color, well done!

Beautiful - do you think this paint will hold up for a dining table top?
Yes, definitely. You’ll love it for that
The hardware looks too small for my liking, but it has a finish.
What is the name of the green and what company?
Sherwin Williams roycroft green bronze

How many cans of primer did it take?
One! Isn’t that crazy! I bought 3 thinking it would atleast take 2!
I definitely agree to wash before sanding! Why would you want to sand the grime into your sandpaper? Gross
Start your project fresh and sanitized 😊
Agree!
Beautiful color, but I feel those knobs should have been centered on the drawers.
Hmmm. They went in the same spot as the old ones
