I have never seen anyone with injuries like that, resulting in someone's death in a controlled setting. It just doesn't happen. Seems like he was beaten to death with those injuries he suffered.

I was a military combat veteran and not trying to make it about race I’m a white man and I was number one on the list of my city police list and I went to my second interview with the city officials and the police chief and they asked me if I would say anything if my partner stole during a traffic stop and I answered honestly and said that I wouldn’t put my job or anything in jeopardy for someone else and I saw the chief tap his palm of his hand and that was the last question needless to say I received my letter from the city and it said that they wouldn’t trust me with that kind of authority because I was a Iraq veteran

Also have you noticed that the majority of the state troopers in boston area are always white in that department. State trooper doesn't have much mixed race. I always said this. they are only whites, only team. But if he was to apply for regular BPD Police he wouldn't be discriminated.

He was being discriminated by the state police and they had the recruits discriminate against him too. Whatever is done in the dark will always come to light. Someone died and / or was murdered. We all know they will circle the wagon to protect their own and cover their tracks. This way, the person(s) responsible will not go to jail and be held accountable. Until an independent investigation is done and the facts are bought to bear. I don't trust anything coming from the state police. One recruit beaten to death, and the other terminated both minorities. It's just a little too neat and very suspect. That's no coincidence. All allegations until the real facts come out from an independent investigation. The Haitian recruit was a veteran, and the other recruit was beaten to death funny how the pole of colors were the only ones with issues. None of the white recruits.

I didn't hear anywhere in this reporting the reason the State Police said why he was let go!?! That seems like a pretty important question for a reporter to ask the person that says there was discrimination against him and he was fired. They had to give him some type of letter stating the reason. Where is the letter?

It’s not for the faint hearted ! Can’t take the heat , stay out the kitchen. Don’t know what kind of boot camp y’all went to but it sounds like it wasn’t hard. They break you down to build you back up and everyone is treated the same way. Mentally and physically fit. Didn’t meet the standards, period. No shortcuts ! None!
I know someone going through this in New Orleans with the younger rank running the FTO program. He’s a veteran officer but the department he’s working with proudly jokes about all the recruits they run off in their FTO training program and it happens to be older veteran officers that join their agency. He said it felt like he was being hazed and one officer confirmed this by telling him that’s exactly what’s going on because she sees that he’s a really good officer and just what the department needs. Everyday he shows up they’re like I thought you quit because they make him do excessive tasks and everybody takes a turn to ramp it up and make him work harder and gives him conflicting instructions but he’s handles everything they throw at him because he’s in very good mental and physical shape for a man almost 50 yo and has worked with more elite agencies than theirs which is another reason they harass him.
A beautiful family and a family that’s willing to serve the country god bless, Rest in peace Enrique Delgado Garcia he didn’t deserve what he went through but the lord called him up… happy to hear and see that that this situation is getting some light upon and hopefully get to the bottom of this terrible situation

There was no excuses for him being fired. Multiple things he did that could’ve really hurt someone, failing all tests and cheating on the last one.

Just because you claim this. That doesn't make it so. It appears someone was killed in the boxing program, and it's being covered up. You have to consider the sauce. I wouldn't trust anything they say without a full independent investigation. The Haitian recruit said he was being treated very badly. He was being discriminated by the state police and they had the recruits discriminate against him too. Whatever is done in the dark will always come to light. Someone died and / or was murdered. We all know they will circle the wagon to protect their own and cover their tracks. This way, the person(s) responsible will not go to jail and be held accountable. Until an independent investigation is done and the facts are bought to bear. I don't trust anything coming from the state police. One recruit beaten to death, and the other terminated both minorities. It's just a little too neat and very suspect. That's no coincidence. All allegations until the real facts come out from an independent investigation. The Haitian recruit was a veteran, and the other recruit was beaten to death funny how the pole of colors were the only ones with issues. None of the white recruits.

I didn't hear anywhere in this reporting the reason the State Police said why he was let go!?! That seems like a pretty important question for a reporter to ask the person that says there was discrimination against him and he was fired. They had to give him some type of letter stating the reason. Where is the letter?

I was briefly at the state police academy in another state. The abuse is really unbelievable.
Just hearing his story is traumatizing. In hind sight being dismissed before completing training saved him life. The training academy needs to be investigated and held accountable!
It’s not for the faint hearted ! Can’t take the heat , stay out the kitchen. Don’t know what kind of boot camp y’all went to but it sounds like it wasn’t hard. They break you down to build you back up and everyone is treated the same way. Mentally and physically fit. Didn’t meet the standards, period. No shortcuts ! None!

I know someone going through this in New Orleans with the younger rank running the FTO program. He’s a veteran officer but the department he’s working with proudly jokes about all the recruits they run off in their FTO training program and it happens to be older veteran officers that join their agency. He said it felt like he was being hazed and one officer confirmed this by telling him that’s exactly what’s going on because she sees that he’s a really good officer and just what the department needs. Everyday he shows up they’re like I thought you quit because they make him do excessive tasks and everybody takes a turn to ramp it up and make him work harder and gives him conflicting instructions but he’s handles everything they throw at him because he’s in very good mental and physical shape for a man almost 50 yo and has worked with more elite agencies than theirs which is another reason they harass him.

All they are going to do is reassign or make the commander of the training academy retire and there problem fixed everybody.

*I never joined a fraternity or anything that involved hazing or bully tactics, nor did I car to join one.* People who are in fraternities always come for neck when I say I have at bare minimum self respect, dignity and I don't enjoy being humiliated like the individuals who join a fraternity.

I lived and worked in New England. Best thing I ever did, was pack up and move across the country. The late Bill Russell lead the Boston Celtics to 11 NBA championships in 13 years. He got a key to city. His house was broken into and the vandals took a dump in his bed.

This is one thing I have to explain to someone about training, focus and have a mindset of achieving your goal that you sign up for. I agree that some times negative people will come your way, but try to show them you are there for a purpose
