The fact that they went from manslaughter to 2nd degree murder like that, and with lack of a proper investigation, I would not be able to convict. Everyone should be mortified at how they conducted the investigation, would you want that? If you cannot collect evidence properly, you should not be able to bring this case to court!

Seeing photographs of his injuries are awful. Doesn’t look like she hit him. Looks like someone beat the crap out of him. Even his knuckles were bruised like a fight. His arm with over 15 lacerations. Huge gouge in the back of his head. Eyes blackened & bulging. What happened to his belt he was wearing? It was never entered into evidence. I don’t think Karen took it. Police never questioned the homeowners when he was found! If a dead body was found on your property you surely bet the police would be knocking on your door.🚪 Somethings wrong in Denmark!
In addition to the victim’s belt being missing, one of his shoes as well as his black ball cap was no where to be found. Be assured, if the dead body of a former LE Officer was found on my property, there would be Police at my door immediately seeking information, along with a local news crew.

There's strong evidence that she's being framed, and that the police department is involved in covering up a murder which occurred on the property of an officer, one of a group who acted immediately to avoid responsibility for the killing. Framing his wife and using departmental connections. It's disgusting, and I'm waiting for the feds to step in and shut that circus down. Their department should have sacrificed them, because now heads are going to roll higher up. The whole department looks corrupt. 🤮

She denied that request. Both sides asked for a continuance, she denied both of their requests. This judge is trying so hard to push this trial through.

No way could I ever blurt out "I hit him!" in front of the body of a police officer and not be detained and questioned and not have it mentioned in any of the initial reports They just sent her home and the let Jen load up her car with items from the scene.
No way could I have a dead body of a police officer appear on my front lawn who was my invited guest to an after hours party the night before..and not have the police search my home even once. That is common sense, right??? Yes, it is!!!

It's wierd that officers never show this amount of disregard to fallen officers. Albert didn't show this disregard when one of his friends was threatened by someone but he has deceased officer on his yard and don't care to get up.

Karen Read is by far innocent no questions asked. This man was beaten to death. Why did the homeowners redo their basement floor immediately after JO died whyd they get rid of their family longtime dog which was mean and bite people. Ie. John's arms that had bad dog bite lacerations on them. Chris Albert just didn't mention it was redone again afterwards. This has been all over social media. It will probably be brought up during the testimony of Brian Albert on cross. He asked a question to a witness that was also a cop and got arrested for intimidation? Then wasn't given bound for 60 days?! There have been people that have literally sent someone to the hospital and still got bound within a few hours. This whole thing is corrupt and so is the judge.

When this case first happened and everything was coming out. My old roommate's and I were discussing it, and it bothered all 3 of us. We knew something was completely off. We figured there was more evidence being withheld by the investors. Our Judicial System is disgusting. Freaking sad.

The prosecution has nada on Karen Read. I can't believe they even charged this woman. The only thing they have shown is that Canton, MA was cold and snowy at the end of Jan 2022; the Albert family is very large, powerful, close knit, sticks together, drinks a lot and if you're a friend of theirs (the inner circle) you fall in line and last, but not least, the Canton PD should be brought up on charges for the worst investigation, ever. The dog is just gone and the Alberts sell the family home they grew up in and lived in right up until the murder?? Why?? The timing is questionable at a minimum. My neighbors across the street were raided by the FBI, drugs, in the middle of the night. I was sleeping soundly, but my dogs were barking like crazy and I saw what was going on. The Albert’s said they didn’t hear or see anything with fire trucks, ambulances, police cars right in their front yard? Their dog would have alerted them. Any dog would be barking! That’s how I know they are lying! Brian is a cop and they are attuned to noises, lights… they never went outside?

I came across turtle boy on my TH-cam feed and clicked on the video and I haven’t stopped watching him since. What he has done and continues to do for a woman - who he - along with millions of others around the world know is innocent is mind

Canton, is Cop Land with an entitled family. Then throw in piss-poor (I'm being kind) investigation and a judge that doesn't want to be there, this case is a complete mess and proof the system is broken. Sadly, a man died and the local and state police made sure the real killer will not be charged.

I'm supposed to believe that a cop heard the killer confess to murdering a cop, but not only didn't arrest her, he didn't mention it in several interviews and reports?
Every cop is dying to arrest a cop killer, or a drunk driver who killed anyone. If they heard one confess at the scene, they would absolutely arrest her immediately.
Quite a few things strange in this case. Aside from the obvious (neighbor solo cups and bag, no chain of custody, no proper security of the evidence, no logs on it even being there, the perjury, claiming Karen said she hit him yet they didn’t treat it like a crime scene bc “they didn’t think there was a crime”) what i found curious is… Higgens and Proctor and whoever else, flew & drove to and from NJ for a fallen officer, to be there in support at his funeral, yet one of their own is fallen in their own yard, and they barely blink. Most of those witnesses didn’t even call him OFFICER O’Keefe, like they did all the other officers they mentioned in the testimony. “Trooper Proctor” “Officer Lang” blah blah blah. But when it came to Officer O’Keefe “John” “O’Keefe” “Mr. o’Keefe” “John O’Keefe”. It is clear they had no respect for him. It is clear by that and the fact they did not treat that scene with the utmost care and importance bc ONE OF THEIR OWN WAS JUST MURDERED IN THEIR OWN YARD WHILE TRYING TO ATTEND THEIR OWN PARTY THEY INVITED HIM TO.
And lastly, testimony from one said she was texting John the address bc they were coming. So SHE knew they were coming. Yet no one ever called or texted to see if they were ok when no one showed up? Nothing? Really?
She’s innocent. I’m fully convinced and I haven’t even heard the defenses side yet. Their case is beyond weak. And their “investigation” if you can even call it one, was pathetic and clearly done in such a way that would intentionally skew the narrative. This woman is being framed. And that’s highly concerning.

Didn't this woman admit to the crimes in the beginning although saying it was an accident and then her attorney (Yanetti guy) got her a 16 months plea deal but she rejected it as she didn't want to do any jail time? A lot of what this guy says as fact are just his opinions and that is what a trial is for. Seems he wanted one by the media rather than the judiciary.

How can this guy say with 💯 percent certainty…I don’t know who this guy is but we should wait for the evidence when it’s presented in the court of law.

@AM-xc1ze there was camera footage dug up by someone that showed hours after read dropped off O'Keefe, her tail light was still intact. They only found pieces of the tail light when her car was in Michael proctor's (who was lead investigator who is now under investigation by the fbi because of his connections to everyone involved in the case, ie the alberts) possession. The general consensus from everyone who seen the footage is the police shattered her tail light on purpose to plant evidence she backed into him that night. If you search for the video, it should pop up though.
I would say this guy should sue the city, but knowing how corrupt our government is lately it probably wouldn’t do him a damn bit of good

Has there ever been a case where the prosecution witnesses all speak highly of the defendant?! Their best witnesses help the defense. It’s unreal charges were ever brought. But corrupt pigs had to blame someone

The cop know where every cop lives in town they have access to a lot of information this trial is a sham
I loved this host and how respectful he was to his guest. Aidan was the only one basically until pretrial and jury selection that was questioning the propaganda the state continued to push.
