i mean he has a massive advantage in toproll, probably has the longest forearm in the game, bro can do a lowhand toproll and still be on top of us. bro will always have the high game but for other short armwrestlers, they either post toproll or just hook. my point is you can still train like him cause everyone need pronation, cup and riser but armwrestling like him is a different story. his style works for him cause of his height, yall might need to find your own style and if your a hooker then replace pronation with supination
@@alexandruscr9991smkj nah bro i rockclimb so im used to it, i train 6x a week. auden larratt does his program, it just takes times to get used to. theres this training method where u basically train the same muscle group everyday with no rest days and theres this system in your body, i dont remember what its called cause it been yonks since ive done it but basically slowly overtime your muscles and nervous system adapts to the daily basis routine that you’ve given it and so it stops bein sore and your gonna eventually do the exercises with ease. if you ever been a mechanic, construction, physical labourer in general, you would know they get easier overtime. you work the same muscles everyday then your gonna build functional strength because our amazing body loves to adapt to heavy load to practically take the load off of us and just make things easier. what devon and audan is doing is exactly the same thing that i just said, do it everyday like yes first few weeks or even months you’ll be fcked but trust the process and it’ll slowly die down
