Because of my health problems. This would have been great going to the convenience store or going to the park on a street or road going up to 35 MPH. But due to Florida laws I am required to have a driver's license, registration, and insurance. I was considering on financing one. But now it defeats the purpose.

My friend managed to start a successful business by purchasing 5 of those cars and renting them to young tourist couples. Its called the MAKE OUT TRUCK where with your lover can do all naughty stuff while sightseeing. Additional fee gets you to rent a webcam for footage and photos, cleaning the car is tough work as the things can get pretty wild and rough.

A lot of people are not experienced at driving.The inexperienced ones need to slow down especially in the snowy or slippery weather.They need to take a defensive driving course and they need to go to a driving school before they start driving on their own.And they should keep a licensed driver in the car with them until they become experienced

You have to use a regular vehicle license plate. Your community has to adopt a golf cart community standard so you can drive them in the streets.
