Interesting to see that even though its called the "best" that there is no mention about in my opinion the best "100%" reward ever made: the Fierce Diety Mask of Majoras Mask. I think its not true 100% to get Fierce Diety, but there are just a few things you can left out to obtain it (because to get all masks, you basicly need to do everything ingame, minus a few rewards that come with said masks maybe).
