It might be quite build dependent. For me, typically hard fights like the house of grief, raphael, Orin and Gortash, were super easy on tactician. Fights I struggled with were the netherbrain, and Ansur. My tav was a 2 tempest cleric/9 storm sorcerer/1 wizard, who would use wet + lightning damage + destructive wrath + (maybe) twinned spell. This didn't work on Ansur, so that fight was rough.

My list is, Elder Scrolls III and IV, Halo 1-ODST, Fallout 1-4 (and NV), Doom 1-64, Witcher 1-2, Alan Wake, and Borderlands. Borderlands needs more weapon and enemy variety. Also, make missions less repetitive.

Interesting to see that even though its called the "best" that there is no mention about in my opinion the best "100%" reward ever made: the Fierce Diety Mask of Majoras Mask. I think its not true 100% to get Fierce Diety, but there are just a few things you can left out to obtain it (because to get all masks, you basicly need to do everything ingame, minus a few rewards that come with said masks maybe).
