EFT Tapping for Stage Fright!

EFT tapping is a quick and effective way to cure stage fright and performance anxiety.
Stage fright can prevent performers and presenters of all kinds from sharing freely and making an impact on their audience.
It can also prevent anyone from speaking their truth, having a difficult but necessary conversation, and standing up for themselves.
EFT Tapping is a great way to overcome negative conditioning we received in the past so that we no longer feel triggered when it is time to perform.
In this video, I share some insights on stage fright and how to use EFT to overcome it, as well as a tapping sequence (beginning at 9:30) to get you started.
