We are Stoyan and Dessy from Bulgaria. We are not organization, neither a shelter, we are just an ordinary couple with a big dream. Everything we provide for the stray cats is coming from our own pockets or with the help of donations from our subscribers. We have 4 cats at home, all rescued from the streets - Sopolcho & Bagheera live with us while Alexa & Rijo live with Dessy's mom, who has been feeding and caring of stray animals for the last 10 years. Bulgaria is a small and poor country with lots of stray cats and not enough kind people to take them in. Our dream is to build a shelter where we could take care of many stray cats with the help of Dessy's mom. i had the same story with a sick and abandoned kitten, i took care of it for about 4 months, it struggled with disease and it passed by 5 days ago. im proud cause i gave her 4 great months. rest in peace my dear Meli.

I noticed that this kitten was kneading when she was down in the stairwell and in the clip where she is grown up - eating from the bowl, she was still kneading the ground. She is a beauty! You are a sweet soul for saving her!

“Recently I saw an American video on TH-cam where a number of hens were pecking a little mouse which was trying to escape. Not only did the person who took the video fail to help the mouse but so many of the comments thought it was all a great joke and laughed at the mouse’s situation. I was sickened by this and felt very despondent that humans could take a sadistic pleasure in an animal’s suffering, no matter how small that animal. Thankfully, videos like this ( a video showing dogs being rescued) showing such compassion, and the comments below, restore my faith in humanity. Those of you who are touched by this video are truly blessed. Be thankful you have a compassionate heart, unlike those on that American video.”

@@AnneDRC I’m not too sure, I’ve never seen other cats do that when they’re just standing. But she seems to be walking normally so maybe it could just be comforting for her. Either way, she’s too adorable.
@@AnneDRC from my understanding, the frequent kneading is a sign she lost her mother too early. They will knead to comfort themselves and relieve stress. I guess it just becomes a habit. It's a fairly normal, healthy behavior, but I'd never seen it so pronounced before. This is definitely unusual. There could be an underlying problem, but I would guess it's just what she learned to do. Or maybe she has autism....

What a great story! A grown 55 year old man just "teared up." We have five wonderful kitties that we took in over the last few years that we wouldn't trade for the world.

I was thinking it could be a nerve issue in her paws. That they are sensitive when touching the ground. I hope not but that was my first thought.

Sadly a lot of times, when a cat keeps doing so *that* frequently outside of moments of stress (or other specific, not necessarily negative situations), it can be a sign that they were traumatized/ taken too early from their mum as kittens. As it's probably the case with this beautiful girl.

She's still kneading the floor like she did when she first got to your home. Kneading is a calming action for them. She is a very beautiful cat,

I love how she’s kind of prancing like that, and how she does it now just as she did as a baby! I hope her new family will know why she does that. I find it to be quite endearing. She looks like a kind and gentle soul. I wish I lived closer and that my four cats would accept a new cat!!

@@Davidautofull I’m familiar with the movement. My ten year old cat still does that whenever she snuggles with me. It makes her happy and, to me, it shows just how happy and content she is. She knows she’s not getting milk. This cat, by comparison, is still very young. It’s totally normal and it’s adorable.

I adopted little Gucci 10 day ago and I thank God and myself for this decision. He's my therapy now. He's so sweety, loving and caring fur ball. I love him so much and I'll always be he's mama.

I can confirm it feels so lonely when your Cat gets adopted, My Older Brother once took in a 2 month old Kitten to his home and since he had alot of jobs to do we had to take care of her, If you're wondering her Name was Cinnamon, We look after her for 2 months but since i had Online School to do and that she would annoy me during them they had to give her away to someone else.

It might be something she did because she was afraid at first, and cats do it to comfort themselves. Now it is just a habit.
