I’d think the old man would resist the possessiveness of the mask because both the mask and the amulet of dr bright possess organisms the same way. All brainwave functions of the organism stops functioning and is replaced by the masks’/amulet’s brainwaves. In a reality, Dr bright failed to possess the old man. I I’d think the mask would be able to tempt the old man into putting it on, but not be able to possess him.
I believe so to. I believe that if 106 put 035 on, both of them would have a sort of clash. 035 would be able to partially control 106, but not fully, as the old man would still retain his sentience... However, one likes to torture his victims physically while the other delights in torturing mentally, so I believe that they would very quickly find a middle ground and still be horryfing to deal with.

The foundation only terminates scps if they pose a serious threat to all of humanity. You might think that's dumb but the foundation are not the pinical of morality

I feel like Scranton took back control of his body and mean that Scranton after remembering caused him to not only gain back control from mask but also his sanity and now doesn't want to cause harm
At the end I could see that after discovering that the old Man had regained his former memories, some staff began to question him as other staff laughed at the Mask since by possessing the Old Man it basically became its own worst enemy to which the Mask could only grumble knowing it was true
I'd say that if this version SCP-106 was Scranton and he was able to pull himself back together from being in 3001 for so long than he would be able to pull himself together against SCP-035.
The situation only worse than SCP-035 wearing any other SCP is a gathering of alt-realities SCP-035 wearing different indestructible bodies including controlling a SCP-682... na. 682 will probably adapt on psychic level, reverse control and be puppeteering the entire crew wearing SCP-035s! 😱

Interesting; it seems that in this interpretation of the Old Man (I know Corporal Lawrence is more popular) the mask was enough for Dr Scranton to regain control of himself; almost an implication that the “old man” ceased to be and Dr Scranton had finally “come back” in a sense
Actually, it took me awhile but I guess this does make sense huh. In this theory the old man has two consciousness so the mask possesses one and has to get rid of the other but the other can still take control slightly and pull of the mask
remember when dr Bright fought 682 and 682 ate a few of the memories of Bright's past bodies? Do you think that, putting 035 on 682, could cause one to erase the mind of the other?
honestly I think it would be 682 that thing is far older and can literally adapt to any situation with all it's endured it probably has mental defenses like a fortress,by the time the mask even started to make progress it would be over
Seriously... Why store 035 anywhere remotly close to any "immortal" entity... Like yeah, Ill store my old WWI unstable artillery shell in a room right next to my collection of grenades. What could go wrong...
I doubt that the mask would know then how to use the special powers of the old man. Aware they exist and might eventually figure them out, but right away? No. That said, if his powers to phase through solid matter is tied to his being able to survive gunshots, then the mask not knowing the power to phase, would mean the old man being shot, might possibly have killed him.
I'm pretty sure the mask is able to access your memories. If it takes over the brain, there's no reason it can't insta-learn it's host's body and powers
@@kay0tica its supposed to be instant brain death for most people and it was surprised how deep down the researcher that was the old man was, far enough to have not been burned away. It has mind reading functions yes, able to know what you have done-killed his wife for example-but you aren't consciously thinking to yourself how you do things, so again. How would it instantly know? Visual information from his memories show him phasing through walls, doesn't explain that he has to specifically tuck both his thumbs into his balled up fists while remembering walking in on his father in the shower to be able to phase through walls, nor that he has to try desperately to swallow his own tongue while fondling himself through his trouser pocket with his one hand while presumably holding onto his victim with the other to pull them both into his pocket dimension. Just like you don't consciously think about how to breathe or to exert more pressure to force a hard poo. The mask would have to about ask or figure it out on it's own and if you or I couldn't just figure it out by doing it ourselves, why should the mask be able to guess at it so quickly? Not like it had been on a lot of other semi-extradimensional beings. So, dumb luck that I still assert could potentially have ended with the death of the old man, especially as he sat there at the school. Seemed pretty out of it, likely more his old self in that moment and might have even wanted to die, if not out of his obvious grief but for all the carnage he had and would cause again.
Something tells me after what was left of Scranton was being erased from the old man's mind would make the old man even more violent going forward. I wholeheartedly recommend termination for both parties for different reasons. 035 because we can't seem to keep a mask in a high security room and 106 as form of mercy.
There is a reoccurring black tar like fluid theme amongst the scp's. I wonder if that is the source of their capabilities, and a sign of the evil behind these entities forming .

@@HorsiMusic And Scranton has saved who knows how many with all he has created and done for the foundation
The foundation only terminates scps if they pose a serious threat to all of humanity. You might think that's dumb but the foundation are not the pinical of morality
you sound alot like the joker when you do the mask voice lol. Makes me wonder what would happen if the Joker was in this reality lol. Do a vid if the Joker became D class that would be great lol.
Ikr
Is it just me or the possessive mask makes every scp op
No it just makes them evil if they were friendly and more evil if they already were evil and powerful
Fr tho
@@sharpiesnake7312 it actually makes the anomalies more op, it should be pretty clear by now
@@BlockdaCoolguy The mask controls them not makes them more op
@@BlockdaCoolguy but for some it does neutralize weakness.
Like shy guy for example
Love how you can tell the SCP foundation uses a very real gun called the P50.
Halfway through and my thought: Fuck it. Throw Abel at it.
True, 3001 is way worse than anything the mask can do.
I wonder what would happen to a mind if a body wore 035 and Dr Bright's amulet at the same time🤔
The situation only worse than SCP-035 wearing any other SCP is a gathering of alt-realities SCP-035 wearing different indestructible bodies including controlling a SCP-682... na. 682 will probably adapt on psychic level, reverse control and be puppeteering the entire crew wearing SCP-035s! 😱
I think 682 would destroy the mask, and then use it's new psychic powers to just convince people to jump into it's maw
I'd be very interested to see a continuation of this story where Dr. Scranton is back in control of 106's body
I feel like 106 would be very angry that he didn't get to experience and remember everything 035 did while in control of his body.
One of them likes physical torture, the other likes psychological torture
is no one going to talk about the connection between these 2 like how they both make the almost same acid? at first i thought the old man made the mask ngl i would to see a vid about you connecting these
What if..... The Burger King fought Dr wondertainment?
Can you do Doctor Bright next? and What would happen if he died?, Would the mask control his body foverer and still have acces to his Pyschic Abilities and the Mask?
Another thing Dr. Bright isn't allowed to do at the SCP Foundation.
Dr. Bright isn't allowed to be anywhere near SCP-035, even as a corpse.
In fact, keep Jack away from Site 19 altogether. He's enough of a problem child as is.
This proves the Robert Scranton theory of scp 106s origins one less mystery solved
1:20 should have been... or most horrifying of all not receiving TH-cam notifications, after that the combination of... Lol although Scp god wearing the mask is way more horrifying.
That was one of the SMOOTHEST "subscribe" bit I've seen in a while! lol
Do you think that, putting 035 on 682, could cause one to erase the mind of the other?
honestly I think it would be 682 that thing is far older and can literally adapt to any situation with all it's endured it probably has mental defenses like a fortress,by the time the mask even started to make progress it would be over
Unpopular opinion I think but I was sure glad to see the good Dr. again.
Me watching SCP Explained at 3 AM: 🙂
The Guard After He Got The Smoke Smelled I Never Met This Man In My Entier Life
14:40 even Niko Bellic is joining in on the fun.
a rare occurrence to see he wasn't called by Roman for the 16th time that day.
Seriously... Why store 035 anywhere remotly close to any "immortal" entity... Like yeah, Ill store my old WWI unstable artillery shell in a room right next to my collection of grenades. What could go wrong...
14:43 Is that Niko Bellic? The outfit and the stubble matches him.
WOW! Dr Scranton has more willpower than GOD himself! unbelievable!
I love the way they told us to subscribe
Yes, very sneaky bit of marketing psychology.
Any video that starts with "alarms go off all around the facility" is bound to be a good one
I remember when I asked what would happen if these two met up and now it has finally happened.
Incredible voice acting!
Probably the only thing in common in these two is that both of them produce expired barbecue sauce, But nice video, keep the good job
And that they like to torture and kill in funny ways (funny to them anyways).
Thanks , I am a big fan.
Big fan.
Huge fan , bigger than windmill
I think SCP 035 should 1v1 SCP 343 the wendigo skull into a duel - Who would control most people in one day or something lol ☠️🗿
SCP 106-035? Oh boy that's terrifying...
Pulled up in front of a preschool, and the masked old man got out. uhhhhh
That is a terrifying combination but.... any day the Dr. Scranton gets a win is a good day.

Me: _hears in one letter words "made" and "heaven"_
My bad ass: "Was that a JoJo ref-"
I think it’d be interesting to see what happens if Scranton is back now. The mask seemed to make him snap out of it and become himself again.
The animation on 035 keeps getting better
Something tells me after what was left of Scranton was being erased from the old man's mind would make the old man even more violent going forward.
I wholeheartedly recommend termination for both parties for different reasons. 035 because we can't seem to keep a mask in a high security room and 106 as form of mercy.
There is a reoccurring black tar like fluid theme amongst the scp's.
I wonder if that is the source of their capabilities, and a sign of the evil behind these entities forming .
Well I think this just revealed what happened to that poor doctor
What happen if someone wears jack's necklace, scp 053 and 1510 all at the same time
17:21 oh god no someone stop him please. edit: please i need to know what happened to 106 afterward. make another video pls. did scranton regain control?
Awsome
WE NEED PART TWO!!!!
I thought at the ending he would regain his memories and tell them the story about how he became. The monster he is now because he was in his mind and he can see that he exists or something
Everyone talking about the combo of spcs, but I have never heard that Dr Scranton became SCP-106, and got trapped in his own mind, but GOT DAYUM do I love it
Ok hold on SCP-106s humanity might have been dragged out by 035 and scranton might be back in a sense look at his eyes we need a part 2
I have never really liked the idea of Scranton being the old man, I don't know why; it just never clicked, so to speak, but this was both sad and interesting.
