Lovely animation, I always hated that offsite, people say the GOC is completely good or are reckless or are anti anomalous, wonder if you could animate or name drop Eurtec or Hy Brasil, to show they do transport anomalies willing to work for them and yes they are morally grey like the Foundation and have less research, but have better military and influence on the world( using anomalies of the 108 council in secret to help poorer regions or use them for profit) by far in most canons.
